Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Roxie By Kate is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns, Store Credit, and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Return and Refund Policy, eligible returns receive store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. Final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only to purchase eligible merchandise from Roxie By Kate. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card information. We are not responsible for gift cards used without permission after delivery to the purchaser or intended recipient.
